Dear customer, thank you very much for your feedback. Our production cuts are in reality much more complex than a simplified 3D representation in the 3D configurator on the site. In our graphic software, we can therefore see in much more detail whether a logo or text is optimally placed or not, or whether a logo is too large in a certain spot, or runs through a seam. After we receive an order, we meticulously check each design. We also optimize the design where necessary to prevent a disappointing result. It is possible that in this process, necessary, minimal changes are made to the positioning or size of certain logos or texts. However, if you are convinced that the shirts have been printed incorrectly, please contact us and send us some clear images of the shirts in question. We can then properly assess the matter and will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
