The production time is the time between releasing an order for production and its shipment. We generally require one full business day to set up your order and designs. Once prepared, we will email you an order summary for review and approval. Upon your confirmation, we will provide the guaranteed shipping date as well as the projected delivery date. Please be aware the guaranteed shipping date only remains valid if all open balances have been settled. After your order leaves our facilities it generally takes our couriers 2-3 business days if you choose Fedex Priority shipping, 4-7 business days if you choose Fedex Economy shipping and 10-15 business days if you choose standard post. Please note that delivery to some countries may take even longer due to import clearance requirements.
