Tackle-Twill is a hard-wearing, woven material that is used for sports clothing and apparel, particularly in the USA. Our Tackle-Twill is made of polyester - the surface of the fabric is smooth and slightly shiny. With us, you have the option to have your texts and logos printed on Tackle-Twill. The names and numbers can be outlined and multi-coloured logos can be sewn on. The Tackle-Twill is cut out and each letter, number and logo is individually sewn onto the jersey with a high-quality zig-zag seam. Because the production process is complex, Tackle-Twill patches cost extra (see prices further up on this page).

Each letter, number and logo is individually and precisely cut out on the special Tackle-Twill material and then sewn onto the jersey with robust zigzag stitches - a time-consuming but rewarding process. Compared to simple sublimation printing, Tackle-Twill offers a tactile texture and extra durability.
